VoIP Business Plus service is the superior solution for small to medium-sized enterprises requiring multiple phone lines. Standard Vonage service plans require an analog telephone adapter (ATA) for each telephone line. While convenient for residential or home office use, this requirement can quickly become restrictive or cumbersome for businesses that require multiple phone lines or who have premise-based PBX or IP-PBX phone systems. The VoIP Business Plus plans allow customers to connect their SIP-based phones, IP-PBX and conventional PBX (using VoIP gateways) directly to the VoIP Broadband Phone network. This is often called SIP Trunking.

Features VoIP Business Plus plans enjoy all of the same benefits of standard Vonage services plans. Most importantly, VoIP to VoIP phone calls do not deduct from your monthly minutes--making this an ideal solution for enterprises with multiple locations to share the benefits of VoIP. Free Incoming Calls Incoming calls to a VoIP Business Plus plan do not use minutes from you plan. This makes VoIP Business Plus ideal for inbound call centers. Unlimited Simultaneous Incoming and Outgoing Calls VoIP Business Plus plans do not limit the number of simultaneous calls incoming or outgoing to your SIP trunk. You are only limited by your bandwidth and IP PBX configuration. Enjoy the freedom to use your SIP connection as it was intended. International CallingVoIP Business Plus plans offer low rates for international calls. Like Vonage accounts, International calls are billed separate and do not count as minutes from your plan. Current International rates can be found here. Additional DIDsYou can add additional DIDs to your VoIP Business Plus account at any time. Calls to your additional DIDs can be routed to additional IP addresses and/or routed independently by your PBX. Each DID can maintain an unlimited number of simultaneous calls.

Toll Free NumbersFor only $4.99 per month you can add a VoIP Toll Free number to your account. The first 100 incoming minutes are included free every month and each additional minute is only 4.9 cents. Toll Free minutes do not count against you regular plan minutes. Your Toll Free Plus number will ring on any of your VoIP lines. Test Your Broadband ConnectionVoIP Business Plus plans require that you have enough high-speed internet bandwidth at your location for the total number of lines that you are using. Use the Speed Test results below for your site to determine if your current connection is adequate. The safe calculation is 90K bps for each phone line. Ensure that your Upload Speed can accommodate the total number simultaneous phone calls for uninterrupted voice. A cable modems in the United States often provide 384K bps upstream bandwidth, which allows for 4 simultaneous phone calls without voice compression. If you are combining Voice and Data over your internet connection, be sure that your router supports Prioritization or QoS to guarantee that Voice calls take precedence over your data. |

Local Number Portability Upgrading to VoIP Business Plus from Vonage service? No problem. We can port your number from a standard Vonage account to VoIP Business Plus.VoIP Business Plus plans offer the same Local Number Portability as standard Vonage plans. If LNP is offered in your area for standard Vonage service, then it is available for VoIP Business Plus. LNP management for VoIP Business Plus can be purchased here from Binary Systems for $25 per number.
